Another Stupendous Effort

Andrew and Christine have done it again.  With help from their hard working team of volunteers and the support of their loyal band of Wood Days devotees, the Duvestyns have pulled off another spectacular Wood Days Weekend.  The weather was kind and the number of attendees through the gate broke all previous records. All of the usual attractions, great displays, great activities and great food, were there for those lucky enough to spend the weekend with Andrew and Christine in Milltown.  As usual the event benefitted from the generosity of the many donors who have supported the event for so many years.  Donations are still coming in and the event has raised an astonishing thirty-six thousand dollars all of which will help in CIKA’s efforts to provide funding for research into finding a cure for childhood cancer.  Well done everyone involved and a big Thank You to our donors.
