The Wood Days Auction is Going Online
Unfortunately the recent problems of movement throughout the state have made preparation of CIKA’s annual Old Time Wood Days impossible this year. This is a great disappointment for the organisers and for everyone who had planned to attend, including the many loyal supporters who have been the backbone of this event for many years. Last year we put together a compilation of the best photographs from 2008 to 2019. This is reproduced below.
In preparation for this year’s Wood Days, Christine and Andrew Duyvestyn had arranged the auction that has long been a feature of this event. This will be moved online through the Wood Days Facebook page and details will be available soon.
They have also gathered together a large amount of delicious homemade jams, relishes and other goodies that are for sale at $5 per jar. Click here to see a list of what is available. You can make your purchase by emailing Christine at acduyvestyn@gmail.com For anyone purchasing six or more jars, arrangements can be made for collection from a drop off point in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
You can make a donation to this virtual event to help Christine and Andrew in their fundraising for the RCH. This can be done via PayPal (credit card or PayPal account) or by transferring funds directly from your bank.
Select the amount you wish to donate and press donate now. Before filling in your personal details make sure you select your preferred payment method.
To donate by credit card select the PayPal option and then choose credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. We choose to process secure payments via credit card using PayPal as they do not charge us processing fees. This means that all of your donation goes to CIKA.
To transfer funds from your bank account please select Offline Donation and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page.
You can watch our progress towards our goal…
We can’t be there in 2021 but it is still possible to support the Old Time Wood Days…
