MLC Student Visit 2025

Staff and students of Methodist Ladies College in Kew have been supporting CIKA’s fundraising efforts for more than twenty years.  Last year’s year nine students followed their predecessors in creating a small catering company to sell products to MLC staff during October and November.  The group was encouraged by their teacher, Natalie Mann, who also accompanied the students on their visit to the hospital where they toured the research facilities and heard from Louise Ludlow who explained the purpose and operation of the biobank that she manages and that supports essential research in the fight against cancer.  We cannot thank the school and its students enough for the ongoing support CIKA has received for so long.
