It’s Not Just Chocolate at Easter

Pam Phillips’ Easter stall at The Pines Shopping Centre did a roaring trade, despite being in a somewhat inconspicuous position.  Pam reports that the most popular items were homemade dresses, coats and children’s dressing gowns, as well as the beautiful knitware that has long been a feature of her stalls.  We are grateful to Pam’s team for the hard work that they put in to make these stalls such a success, and, in particular, to the many generous people who produce and donate goods for sale.  This year’s stall raised well over $2,000 in support of research into childhood cancer.
